نصب ترانسفورمر رکتیفایر
نصب ترانسفورمر رکتیفایر بر روی فوندانسیون مطابق مراحل زیر انجام می پذیرد:
یک فوندانسیون مسلح بتنی به ابعاد 30×100×150 سانتیمتر که داخل آن لوله های گالوانیزه جهت عبور کابل (مطابق نقشه) تعبیه شده را ساخته، پس از آن یک گودال به ابعاد 20×130×180 سانتیمتر حفاری و کف گودال را رگلاژ و کامپکت کرده، سپس 10 سانتیمتر بتن مگر کف گودال ریخته شود (دقت شود محل لوله های گالوانیزه فوندانسیون، بتن ریزی صورت نپذیرد). در ادامه، فوندانسیون بتنی را بر روی بتن قرار داده (توجه داشته باشید که محل قرار گیری لوله های گالوانیزه در زیر فوندانسیون که فاقد بتن مگر است، باید حفاری گردد) و ترانسفورمر رکتیفایر را بر روی محل پیش بینی شده بر روی فوندانسیون نصب نمایید (فیکس کردن ترانسفورمر رکتیفایر بوسیله پیچ های مخصوص بتن Expansion Bolt نیز انجام می پذیرد). سپس کابل ها را از لوله های گالوانیز عبور داده و سربندی کابل های ترانسفورمر رکتیفایر انجام می گردد. در صورتی که ترانسفورمر رکتیفایر از نوع خنک کنندگی با روغن می باشد روغن مخصوص را تا محل مشخص داخل تانک پر نموده و می بایست مراقب بود تا آب و یا مواد دیگر با روغن مذکور ترکیب نگردد. در نهایت در صورتیکه ترانسفورمر رکتیفایر دارای سایه بان باشد، سایه بان نیز نصب می شود.
ملزومات نصب ترانسفورمر رکتیفایر:
- ورودی کابل در لوله های گالوانیزه با فوم مخصوص پر شود.
- در صورتیکه ترانسفورمر رکتیفایر در زمین با خاک سست و یا مرطوب نصب می گردد، ارتفاع فوندانسیون باید 60 سانتیمتر در نظر گرفته شود.
- تراز بودن محل نصب ترانسفورمر رکتیفایر رعایت گردد.
- ممکن است با توجه به ابعاد پایه ترانسفورمر رکتیفایر، ابعاد فوندانسیون آن نیز متفاوت شود.
- در صورتیکه ترانسفورمر رکتیفایر در داخل اتاق برق نصب می گردد تمامی مراحل نصب به غیر از اجرای فوندانسیون بتنی بهمراه لوله های گالوانیزه، مطابق شرح بالا انجام می پذیرد.
